Marsa Alam Beach Resort Desalination Plant

A five-star Red Sea resort required a fully independent water supply to eliminate dependence on long-haul tanker deliveries, which were costing the property over EGP 1.2 million per month. More Pure designed and commissioned a 500 m³/day seawater reverse osmosis plant using high-pressure duplex stainless steel pressure vessels with energy recovery devices, reducing the resort's water cost per m³ by 62% and eliminating all tanker deliveries within 60 days of commissioning.

Ain Sokhna Industrial Port Facility

A major industrial facility at Ain Sokhna required 2,000 m³/day of process water for cooling and manufacturing operations, with zero tolerance for supply interruptions. More Pure engineered a two-train SWRO system with 100% redundancy — each train capable of meeting full demand independently — along with a 3-day treated water storage buffer. The plant has operated for 18 months without a single unplanned shutdown.

Fayoum Agricultural Complex

A large-scale farm operating 2,400 feddans in Fayoum was experiencing 30% yield losses in strawberry and tomato crops attributed to excess iron content in irrigation water (measured at 8.2 mg/L) and borderline-hard water that was clogging drip emitters within 3 months of installation. More Pure designed a 1,200 m³/day iron removal and softening system with automated backwash and regeneration, bringing iron to below 0.1 mg/L and hardness from 380 mg/L CaCO₃ to 80 mg/L.

Cairo Private Hospital Water Purification System

A 280-bed private hospital in New Cairo required purified water for its dialysis unit (12 machines), surgical sterilization autoclaves, and pharmacy preparation area. Municipal supply was available but variable in quality — particularly during summer when turbidity spiked and chlorine dosing at the utility was inconsistent. More Pure designed a centralized purification system with dedicated sub-loops for each application, each validated to meet Egyptian Ministry of Health standards.

El-Galala City Residential Compound STP

A first-phase residential compound of 1,200 units in El-Galala City required an onsite sewage treatment plant capable of producing effluent suitable for landscape irrigation — reducing the compound's freshwater demand significantly. More Pure designed and built an 800 m³/day MBR system with UV disinfection. The treated effluent meets Class A irrigation standards and serves the compound's 45,000 m² of landscape, saving approximately 22,000 m³ of freshwater per month.

Ain Sokhna Power Plant Cooling Tower Treatment

A gas-fired power generation facility at Ain Sokhna was experiencing severe scaling in their cooling tower and heat exchangers, causing a 28% reduction in heat transfer efficiency and necessitating emergency shutdowns for cleaning every 3 months. The root cause was inadequate chemical dosing and no Legionella management protocol in place. More Pure designed a comprehensive cooling water treatment program — antiscalant, corrosion inhibitor, biocide — with automated online dosing, continuous ORP and pH monitoring, and a quarterly Legionella risk assessment protocol.

Cairo Pharmaceutical Campus — Purified Water & WFI System

A pharmaceutical manufacturer expanding their production facility needed a validated Purified Water and Water for Injection system to serve four new manufacturing suites. Egyptian Drug Authority regulations and EU GMP guidelines both applied. More Pure designed, installed, and validated a multi-column distillation WFI still and RO/EDI purified water system — delivering complete IQ/OQ/PQ documentation packages and supporting the client through EDA inspection. The system passed first inspection with no critical observations.
