Ain Sokhna Power Plant Cooling Tower Treatment
A gas-fired power generation facility at Ain Sokhna was experiencing severe scaling in their cooling tower and heat exchangers, causing a 28% reduction in heat transfer efficiency and necessitating emergency shutdowns for cleaning every 3 months. The root cause was inadequate chemical dosing and no Legionella management protocol in place. More Pure designed a comprehensive cooling water treatment program — antiscalant, corrosion inhibitor, biocide — with automated online dosing, continuous ORP and pH monitoring, and a quarterly Legionella risk assessment protocol.
Cairo Pharmaceutical Campus — Purified Water & WFI System
A pharmaceutical manufacturer expanding their production facility needed a validated Purified Water and Water for Injection system to serve four new manufacturing suites. Egyptian Drug Authority regulations and EU GMP guidelines both applied. More Pure designed, installed, and validated a multi-column distillation WFI still and RO/EDI purified water system — delivering complete IQ/OQ/PQ documentation packages and supporting the client through EDA inspection. The system passed first inspection with no critical observations.
