A dairy products manufacturer in 6th of October Industrial Zone was receiving 8–12 product rejection batches per month traced to inconsistent municipal water quality affecting pasteurization and packaging rinsing water. More Pure installed a central 800 m³/day water polishing system with activated carbon, softening, and RO, with a real-time quality monitoring dashboard linked to the plant's production QC system. Rejections dropped to zero within the first month of operation.
